Returns + Exchanges
If you receive the delivery and it may have not fit correctly or it does not meet your expectation then you may return the item(s). You have a month from when you recieved your delivery to make a return. Unfortuantly, we will not accept any returns past the one month mark. All clothing returned must be turned in specific condition. Underneath are a list of these conditions:
- The item(s) must look they were not worn. Must come back looking the same way it was shipped.
- No damage to the clothing.
- Tag remains on the product(s).
If we recieve the clothing in all the conditions above then you will be issued a full refund back on to your card which you paid for the clothing. If we do not recieve the clothing in the condition above then unfortuantly we won't be able to issue a full refund and we will ship the items back to you.
If you would like to make an exchange please write us a detailed email including your order number and item(s) which you would like to exchange. You must ship us back the item(s) before we can exchange the clothing for another size, color, or different item(s). We must inspect the clothing to see if it meets our clothing condition expectation ( As seen above in Returns). If you would like to keep a store credit we will issue you a gift certificate in the amount you returned. The gift certificate never expires and can be used at the check out of any purchase.
IN ANY RETURN OR EXCHANGE, THE CUSTOMER MUST SHIP THE ITEM(S) BACK TO US BEFORE WE SHIP ANYTHING NEW OUT OR ISSUE A REFUND. NO EXCEPTIONS.
